User Support

We strongly recommend that you consult the user guide for the Smart Room you plan to use because the configuration of the University's Smart Rooms varies. CETLA's online tutorials (see TRAINING) present the type of Touch Screen control panels, display devices, and hardware found in most new and old H.U. Smart Rooms, but your Smart Room could be the exception. Therefore, we advise you to click on one of the files above to access the appropriate guide for your Smart Room's system. These are PDF files, so if you do not have Acrobat Reader on your computer, download a free copy from Adobe.

Technical Support

If the hardware, software, or network is not working in a Smart Room, report the problem to the person in charge of that particular room. (See LOCATIONS & CONTACTS.) That individual will enter a description of your problem in an online tracking system to alert the University's Smart Room Management.
