A critical principle of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SOTL) is "going public" with what you have learned about teaching and learning in your classroom. Such scholarship can not only contribute to the learning community of teacher-scholars but also produce scholarly publications worthy of inclusion in your merit, promotion, or tenure portfolio.  So examine some SOTL journals, the JoSOTL "Reviewer's Rubric," and tips for SOTL publishing.  For your convenience, many of the sites below list SOTL publications by discipline.  However, if you would like to present your research before submitting it for publication, check the list of upcoming  SOTL conferences as well.
