Nathan Gabriel is an educator and professional director with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Directing from Temple University. Formerly an Endowed Assistant Professor at the University of Louisiana, he now teaches online for the Temple University School for Theatre, Film and Media Arts and is co-director of the St. Xavier High School theatre program. He has worked at over a dozen professional theaters around the counrty, most notably, the Shakespeare Theatre Company of Washington, DC. From 2006 to 2009 Nathan served as Associate Artistic Director of Cincinnati's New Edgecliff Theatre, where he created the Cincinnati Directors Competition and won a Cincinnati Acclaim Award. His productions have earned much critical praise and multiple recognitions from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival for "Excellence in Directing."
