The Self-Service Digitization station is open 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, except when CETLA's classroom is in use. Call 6-0870 or see CETLA's online calendar to check the availability of the room.

Policies
1. Faculty must make an appointment to be trained to use the type of digitization method(s) they require. Any graduate assistants must also be trained with the faculty member. Call 806-0870 or email fappiah@howard.edu for a 30-minute appointment.
2. Faculty must adhere to the federal copyright guidelines. (See the Fair Use and Teach Act checklists.)
3. Faculty can use the digitization station (once trained) on a first-come first-served basis, whenever a workshop is not scheduled. Click here to check CETLA’s workshop schedule.
4. Faculty may use the equipment for one hour at a time. This time period can be extended if no other faculty members are waiting to use the equipment.
